PLOT:

Diane Court and Lloyd Dobler have just graduated from Lakewood High School in Seattle. Overachieving Diane, who probably does not realize how beautiful she is, was the class valedictorian. She lives with her divorced father, Jim Court, who owns a nursing home, who dotes on Diane and who does whatever he needs to validate her being the best. Diane receiving a prestigious fellowship to study in England in the fall is just the latest validation that she indeed is at the top of the pyramid. An army brat, Lloyd recently returned to the US to finish high school, he now living with his single mother sister Constance while their parents remain stationed in Germany. Lloyd, who does kick-boxing as a hobby, has no career aspirations, only knowing that he wants to do something great. His only short-term aspiration is to date Diane, despite the improbability, it generally seen that she is out of his league. With the fellowship in hand, Diane lets her social guard down for the first time in her life in accepting Lloyd's offer of a date, despite she not even knowing who he is. Following that date, Lloyd wants to spend as much time with Diane in the next sixteen weeks before she leaves. Diane, who likes Lloyd and who finds that she now regrets not having that social life with her high school colleagues, has to decide if Lloyd does fit into her life at this crucial time just before she is about to leave. What happens is also dependent on her father, not only in he perhaps seeing any boy, but even more one like Lloyd who does not have the same future outlook as he has for Diane being merely a distraction, but something that happens in his own life. Lloyd figuring out what that something great as something to do may also factor into what happens.

When Baxter is called into Sheldrake's office for the first time, he learns that it isn't just to be promoted as he expects, but also to add married Sheldrake to the list to who he will lend his apartment. Dobisch, Kirkeby, Vanderhoff and Eichelberger are now feeling neglected as Baxter no longer needs their assistance in moving up.

PLOT:
The authorities are concerned over rampant narcotic use overtaking the community. They are especially worried about marijuana, both because it grows wild and thus is difficult to control, but also because of its effect, which includes possible insanity leading to dangerous behavior. One of those concerned is high-school principal Dr. Alfred Carroll, who doesn't like how it's affecting the student at his school. Meanwhile, Jack Perry and Mae Coleman are marijuana pushers who host marijuana parties on behalf of their boss. Mae prefers to push to adults, but Jack has no problem getting teenagers hooked. Good kids and high-school sweethearts Bill Harper and Mary Lane have no idea of the nature of the parties in Mae's apartment, although some in their social circle, including Mary's brother Jimmy Lane, frequent those parties. A series of events leads Bill and Mary to Mae's apartment, which results in two tragic events, both the consequences marijuana use. The lives of those involved, both the guilty and the innocent, are forever altered because of the scourge called marijuana.

This time David is not taking any chances with not being with Nicole so him and his friends go into her family home and attempt to take Nicole. Will David get Nicole or will she and her family hold back and get rid of David's sick craving for Nicole?

Dr Victor Frankenstein freezes to death and his creature buries him at his family's cemetery. The Queen of the Gargoyles, Leonore, keeps Dr. Frankenstein's journal together with the treasures of the Order, names the creature Adam, and explains to him that there is an ancient war between the Gargoyles that are angels and demons under the command of Prince Naberius. She also invites Adam to join the Gargoyles in the war against demons, but Adam prefers to isolate in a remote place. 200 years later, Adam returns and finds a modern society.
